Trinket Donahue
DVM
Dr. Donahue completed her undergraduate requirements at the University of Cincinnati before being accepted into the College of Veterinary Medicine at The Ohio State University. She graduated in 2000 with a Doctorate in Veterinary Medicine. She and her husband, Tom, opened Bethel Community Pet Hospital in 2008. They were embraced by the community and have been blessed with the opportunity to raise three beautiful daughters in the practice. With her personable, kind, and approachable yet candid veterinary style, she has made many clients and patients feel as though they are part of the BCPH family as well.
Kelly Bowling
DVM
We welcomed Dr. Kelly Bowling to BCPH in the fall of 2020. She graduated from Auburn University and has been practicing veterinary medicine for over 20 years. She and Dr. Donahue have known each other since prior to graduating vet school, when they met while doing an externship at the same practice. After graduating from vet school, they worked together for a short time before they each moved on to other practices. And now Dr. Bowling is happy to work with Dr. Donahue again- this time at BCPH! When she is not practicing medicine, she enjoys spending time with her family, especially outdoors! Her favorite activities are camping, hiking, and kayaking. Her pet family consists of a dog (Winnie) and a cat (Freddy).
Angi Hartman-Rees
Practice Manager
Angi joined the Bethel Community Pet Hospital family in the spring of 2019, after wrapping up a 16-year career at Starbucks. A graduate of William Woods University’s Equestrian Science program, Angi operates RRR Farms, a horse boarding and training facility, with her husband Michael, her daughter Bayli, and her father-in-law Jim. In addition to a myriad of horses, they have three adopted dogs: Darla, Freya, and Dally.
Jennifer Shreve
Registered Veterinary Technician
Jenn attended the University of Cincinnati, where she graduated with a degree in Veterinary Technology in 2005. Jenn passed her state boards and is a Registered Veterinary Technician. She is a member of the Ohio Association of Veterinary Technicians. She has an English Bulldog puppy, Mose. She enjoys traveling, photography, hiking, being outside, and spending time with her incredible family.
Amber Brandt
Registered Veterinary Technician
Amber doesn’t sleep. She spends most of her time working at Rood & Riddle Equine Hospital, or at BCPH, or on the road between the two! If you’re lucky enough to talk to her, ask about her mega-talented dock-diving dogs: Amos Moses, Flaxen, and Zeva.
Abby Delacruz
Registered Veterinary Technician
Abby is a gift to us from the veterinary gods! She graduated from UC Blue Ash in 2017 and passed her state boards to become a Registered Vet Tech in November 2017. She has 6 years of clinical experience working at the former Pawsitive Vet Care/Bethel Animal Health hospital and is excited to have moved ‘up the street!’ In her time off, Abby enjoys being outside, hiking, playing with her family dog pack, and spending time with her husband and son.
Emily Brown
Registered Veterinary Technician
Emily joined the BCPH family in the summer of 2020 after graduating from UC Blue Ash with her associate’s degree in Veterinary Technology. She has a pitbull named Parker, who enjoys taking hikes and going to the dog park to play with all her friends. Outside of work, Emily and Parker love binge-watching TV shows and just hanging out!
Sherry Craycraft
Empress
Sherry was one of two to start this journey with Dr. Donahue when the practice opened in 2009. She had previously worked as a dog groomer at Marjon Kennel and as a veterinary assistant. She is a wonderful asset to our team and has a wide variety of skills, making her a coveted assistant by both receptionists and doctors! Sherry has two Staffordshire Bull Terriers named Wilson and Joey. She enjoys dog training and horseback riding, and, although she would never admit it, is a wonderful artist.
Rachael Rapp
Registered Veterinary Technician
Rachael joined our team in November 2021. She is a 2022 graduate from the Veterinary Science program at Grant Career Center, where she became a NAVTA-approved Veterinary Assistant and was awarded the honor of top Veterinary Science student. In 2024, she received her degree in Veterinary Technology from Sinclair Community College. Rachael has a German Shepherd named Ash, whom she loves to spend time with, whether playing fetch or giving her a much-needed bath! Rachael also likes to go roller skating with her friends and on sunrise hikes at the Red River Gorge.
Mindy Smith
Customer Service Representative
Mindy Smith grew up in Bethel and still lives here with her husband and their daughters, Peyton and Gracelyn, and son, Landyn. Mindy worked as a groomer at PetSmart in Eastgate for 2 years and as the Grooming Manager for 2 years. Now she is a CSR at BCPH, as well as a teacher’s aide at Bethel-Tate Middle School. She has two dogs: Beverly, a pitbull mix, and Candy, a pocket pitty. Mindy volunteers for the Bethel Tate Fire Department Auxiliary and enjoys photography, scrapbooking, and spending time with her family. You may also see her working at Star Lite Drive-In on the weekends during the summer. She is fun to be around, and we are glad to have her as part of our team!
Bayli Vining
Customer Service Representative
Bayli is a second-generation BCPH staffer! She is Angi’s daughter and is also heavily involved in the Rees family’s horse business, acting as assistant trainer and riding instructor. Bayli has literally been riding since before she was born and performed in her first horse show at eighteen months old! Since graduating from Ohio State, Bayli has begun teaching middle school English at Miami Valley Christian, but she still sneaks in a CSR shift at BCPH whenever possible!

Grace is an angelic anomaly! It’s like she’s been here forever!!

Kelly is a local legend and self-proclaimed super crazy cat lady!
Nora Griewe
Veterinary Assistant
Nora joined our team in 2023. She is currently attending Miami University, but gets right back to work as soon as she gets home! Her bubbly personality and kind nature have been a wonderful addition to our team!
Nina Reed
Customer Service Representative
Nina Reed has been a CSR at BCPH since 2023, when she made the move from boarding manager at Pet Suites. She and Angi go way back to the original Starbucks Loveland crew of 2009. She loves to hike & camp with her husband, James, and crazy little dog, Goose.
Janelle Donahue
Veterinary Assistant
Janelle has been with Bethel Community Pet Hospital since it opened in 2008. As Dr. Trinket’s youngest daughter, she was literally raised in the office and has had an opportunity to be involved with animal care her entire life. She is currently a senior at Clermont Northeastern High School, where she is both a cheerleader and a wrestler. Her long-term plan centers around earning her veterinary degree at The Ohio State University.
