We have had Dr. Trinket since she opened her practice, from routine care to helping our pets go to the rainbow bridge… I had the pleasure of meeting her daughter, Janelle, and found she is as dedicated to the vet service as her mom. They treat our pets like their own! We will be customers for life! Boone, Casey, and Harley love BCPH!

Emily was the best and was extremely informative! As first-time dog owners, she made us feel extremely comfortable and answered all of our questions. This experience only got better when we met Doc Bowling. She was upbeat and excited to help us in the first steps of our journey. My Roo Bug is a very high-anxiety pup, and the vet and staff always show kindness, respect, and grace with us! I have recently moved out of the area, and the drive is now close to an hour one way! But it’s worth the drive to continue my fur babies’ care at BCPH, where we are comfortable and happy! We have no desire to change a great thing! Thanks to ALL of you!

This vet office is very thorough with their exams. I always leave every appointment feeling like my pets have gotten the best care. The staff is friendly and professional, too. I’ve also had my dog neutered and my cat spayed through them, and those experiences were great too.

Always appreciate that my dog is their main focus during our visit. Plus…he is obviously the cutest, bestest, nicest dog they have seen all day…lol. Dr. Kelly Bowling and tech Kelly were very informative and efficient.

Best vet experience I’ve had since owning my dog (she’s 9). The experience was great — scheduling was easy, the facility was super clean, the vet tech was great, and Dr. Donahue took time to explain everything to me and was great with my dogs. Wish I had come here a long time ago!

Dr. Donahue and her staff are the very best! We needed a second opinion for our sick French Bulldog, and they were able to quickly squeeze us in. When my husband had to take her, Dr. Donahue took the time to call me after to explain everything they reviewed and the game plan (20-minute call at 7 PM).
For our second visit, my other frenchie was sick, and again, they got us in on the day I called. They also saw that he was due for vaccines in a couple of months and went ahead and vaccinated him instead of making us come back and charging us for another visit. I love that they’re conscientious of our time and money, plus everyone was just so kind, warm, and welcoming. We loved meeting Jenn and Dr. Donahue and are thrilled to finally find a thoughtful, professional, thorough vet and staff.

This vet office has always been super friendly, professional, and clean each time I’ve gone. The staff are thorough, and when the vet had to come in at the end, she was very nice and explained everything that could be done in detail. My dog was dealing with seizures (developed at a later age), so she explained the multiple routes I could take, and she even told me about an app to download to get the prescription cheaper at the nearest pharmacy! This place is amazing. 10/10

I can’t say enough good things about the Bethel Community Pet Hospital, where I take my cats! From the moment I walk in, I’m greeted with kindness and warmth by the entire staff, who make sure both I and my cats feel comfortable. The level of compassion shown by the vets and techs is truly unmatched. Dr. Trinket and Dr. Bowling are both incredible — so knowledgeable, patient, and genuinely caring about the health and well-being of my cats. They take the time to thoroughly explain everything, answering all my questions and ensuring I feel fully informed and at ease.
The vet techs are equally amazing, always going above and beyond in caring for my pets and offering advice with a smile. I never feel rushed, and it’s clear they all have a deep love for animals. On top of all this, the prices are incredibly reasonable, which is such a relief as a pet parent. I truly trust this clinic with my cats’ care and appreciate the supportive, friendly atmosphere they’ve built. It’s rare to find such excellent service, and I’m so grateful to have such a wonderful team looking after my furry friends!
